It is to provide our service area with adequate and reliable supplies of high-quality water to meet present and future needs in an environmentally and economically responsible way. To fulfill our mission, we depend on the work of nearly 2,000 employees from myriad backgrounds and skillsets, in partnership with our member agencies and 19 million Southern California customers.  Our vision and values help guide this work.
